Frank Libutti, Lieutenant General, USMC (Ret.)
President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Libutti brings the discipline and commitment of 35 years of highly decorated service in the U.S. Marine Corps to Renaissance Global Services. A graduate of The Citadel, he served in several high-impact assignments, including Vietnam and Somalia, where he oversaw more than 80,000 Marines. Among his extensive roles in the public and private sectors, Gen. Libutti was the New York Police Department’s First Deputy Commissioner of Counter-Terrorism, he oversaw the U.S. Department of Homeland Security intelligence operations as Under Secretary for Information Analysis and Infrastructure Protection, and was Chairman & CEO of Digital Fusion, an engineering and technology firm. His philosophy is rooted in family and supporting the efforts of our veterans.

Thomas C. Zetkulic, PP, AICP, PMP
Vice President

With an established background in environmental planning, restoration and remediation, Mr. Zetkulic has more than 30 years’ experience managing multi-disciplinary projects. He has worked with a variety of organizations and companies in all facets of project management. He is a licensed Professional Planner and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds Masters’ Degrees from Rutgers University and Oregon State University.  With Renaissance Global Services, Mr. Zetkulic manages a team of specialists in a variety of concentrations in the real estate, pharmaceutical and utility sectors to ensure the most thorough, efficient and environmentally sound development for every project.

Emad Youssef, PE
Senior Vice President

Mr. Youssef brings over 35 years’ experience within the built environment with him to Renaissance Global Service.  Mr. Youssef’s technical knowledge, experience and education gives him the ability to contribute to each phase of facilities and capital projects, from inception to realization.   He has served in several progressive roles including engineering design and construction phase field work, as well as program and project management. Mr. Youssef received his Undergraduate degree in Structural Engineering followed by his Master’s from Rutgers University.   Clients he is fortunate to work with include Fortune 100 companies, with a specific focus on major Life Science Companies.  Mr. Youssef also served on the New Jersey board of directors of the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE), and presided over the chapter activities in FY 2000.

Joseph J. Grano, Jr.

Mr. Grano is the head of the JJG Family Office.  He previously was the CEO of Centurion Holdings and CEO of UBS/Paine Webber.

One major focus for the company is sustainability and energy efficiency programs, risk assessment and due diligence.  Mr. Grano has served as Chairman of the Homeland Security Advisory Council and is a decorated veteran.

Anthony Sartor, PhD, PE, PP

As former CEO and now Executive Chairman of the engineering and architecture firm Paulus, Sokolowski & Sartor (PS&S), Mr. Sartor lends more than 50 years as a consultant to Renaissance Global Services. His work with National Grid, a Fortune 500 company, allowed him to manage revenues of up to $1 billion on projects ranging from home and commercial energy services to engineering and planning services. His knowledge is an imperative resource to Renaissance Global Services.

John Sartor, PE

Mr. Sartor is CEO of PS&S. He has played a key role in delivering some of the most successful brownfield redevelopment projects in New Jersey, including the redevelopment of the Hoboken Waterfront and development of Atlantic City’s Borgata Hotel and Casino. PS&S is a growing firm, with more than 250 employees and multiple offices in the region, serving a multitude of sectors including real estate, hospitality and utilities.

Col. Jack Jacobs

During his multiple tours of duty in Vietnam, Col. Jacobs was awarded three Bronze stars, two Silver stars, two Purple Hearts, and the Congressional Medal of Honor, the nation’s highest military decoration. His Colby Award-winning memoir, “If Not Now, When,” was published by Penguin in 2008. He currently holds the McDermott Chair of Humanities and Public Affairs at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and serves as a military analyst for NBC/MSNBC.

Col. Jacobs was a founder and Chief Operating Officer of AutoFinance Group, and is currently a principal in the Fitzroy Group of London. He is Vice-Chairman of the Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation, and serves on the Board of the National World War II Museum. Col. Jacobs also serves on the Board of the Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation, which aids the families of troops and law enforcement officers killed in action.

Bob Zito

Mr. Zito has more than 30 years’ experience as a brand communications and advertising and public relations executive in the sports, financial, pharmaceutical and entertainment industries. As the Executive Vice President and member of the Management Committee of the New York Stock Exchange, Bob built the NYSE’s brand into one of the most respected in the world. He is best known for bringing television to the NYSE trading floor, and creating the daily “must-see” events of high-powered newsmakers ringing the opening and closing bells, creating global visibility for NYSE-listed companies and member firms.

As Sony’s Vice President of corporate communications, he helped rebrand the company as a global entertainment leader following Sony’s acquisitions of CBS Records and Columbia Pictures.

During his time as Chief Communications Officer and a member of the Management Committee of Bristol-Myers Squibb he guided the successful ‘Together we can prevail’ brand campaign, which focused on the company’s mission to help patients prevail over serious diseases. In all three roles, Bob handled many crisis communications assignments ranging from criminal issues, to business interruptions, to executive transitions. At Zito Partners and Ketchum Zito Financial, Bob has helped companies with similar crisis engagements, helping CEOs and Management Committees with critical business and personal issues.

Stephen Jones

Mr. Jones has served as president and CEO of Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and Health System in Brunswick, N.J.  Outside of his experience at RWJ Health System, Mr. Jones was assistant director at Somerset Medical Center in Somerville, N.J., and assistant director at Barnet Memorial Hospital Center in Paterson, N.J. He has more than 30 years of healthcare management experience.

Mr. Jones has a faculty appointment at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in the public health program and a faculty appointment at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey's School of Public Health master's program.

Mr. Jones is involved in several national and state professional organizations. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a past president of the Senior Healthcare Executives Society of New Jersey and a past president of the Assistant Hospital Directors Association of New Jersey.

Before joining the healthcare industry, Mr. Jones served in the United States Air Force from 1966 to 1970. In the Air Force, Mr. Jones was a Russian linguistic.
