We entered into a Mentor-Protégé relationship under the Small Business Administration’s All Small Mentorship Program. With our Mentor under this program, we established two joint ventures allowing us to jointly conduct Initial Outfitting, Transition, and Activation services for the Department of Veteran Affairs and positioning us to continue this line of work as a stand-alone entity and expand our federal service offerings.
