Lieutenant General Frank Libutti retired from the U.S. Marine Corps after 35 years of distinguished service culminating as the Commanding General, Fleet Marine Forces Pacific and Commanding General, Marine Forces Central Command. He continued to serve in a civilian capacity as the Deputy Police Commissioner of the New York City Police Department’s Counter Terrorism Bureau and oversaw intelligence operations as the Undersecretary for Information Analysis and Infrastructure Protection in the Department of Homeland Security. Transitioning to the corporate world, Frank served as the Chairman and CEO of Digital Fusion, a publicly traded engineering and technology firm, and as the President and CEO of New Jersey-based Renaissance Global Services, a project and construction management firm, where he is currently the Chairman of the Board of Managers. He is also the Chairman of the Board of the South Florida Horses and Heroes Foundation and serves on the Board of Indian River State College.
