In November RGS not only celebrated it's 10th Anniversary in it's new headquarter in Holmdel, NJ, but also as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) received the 2020 Gold HIRE Vets Award from the U.S. Department of Labor. The Honoring Investments in Recruiting and Employing American Military Veterans Act (HIRE Vets Act) Medallion Program is the only federal award program that recognizes job creators who successfully recruit, hire, and retain veterans.

RGS is honored to be an established SDVOSB in New Jersey and truly embraces veterans supporting veterans. Since its inception in 2010, RGS has strived to hire and employ veterans and currently nearly a quarter of RGS’ workforce are military veterans.

The goal of RGS’ President and CEO, Frank Libutti, Lieutenant General, USMC (Retired), is to hire qualified veterans to support the requirements of our clients. Those veterans have significantly contributed to the growth of RGS over the past ten years. As a result, RGS has grown to provide project management, construction management and logistical support of capital and facilities, building renovations, utilities, and infrastructure projects for top clients including Bristol Myers Squibb, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, National Grid, and the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Despite the challenges presented by COVID-19, the firm continued to grow in 2020 significantly increasing its Project Management staff to support new projects including two new major clients. Frank Libutti said “We’re proud of our growth over the past ten years and pleased with the opportunities we’re seeing in all our markets.” Our continued growth during this pandemic and receipt of the HIRE Vets Award along with moving into our new office space in the historic Bell Works Building are a fitting way to mark our tenth anniversary.

Our latest veteran hire, Tony Martinez, PE, PP, a Colonel with over 30 years of service in the U.S. Army, sees a bright future for RGS’ continued growth in the pharmaceutical, federal, and utilities sectors. According to Tony “RGS is in a strong position to expand its project and construction management services to spearhead projects as the owner’s agent from conception through design, construction and full turn-over package.”
